HAWTHORN THERAPY

Why Hawthorn?

The name Hawthorn is inspired by our connection to nature. Hawthorns are small trees and shrubs and are abundant in a variety of species. Hawthorns provide shelter and food for birds and animals and the flowers provide nectar for bees. Hawthorns have berries that are used in herbal medicines for heart health.
