About psychotherapy
Individuals come to therapy for many reasons; some look for personal growth, others experience low mood that may be a sign of depression, some want to improve relationships or manage stress.

Whatever the reason, one goal of therapy is for individuals to understand their situation and develop healthy lives including emotional well-being. Therapy can help with this goal. My therapeutic approach is collaborative as we work to draw on your strengths to meet the challenges you face and to help you reach your goals.

Psychotherapy is not easily described in general statements. It varies depending on the personalities of the psychologist and client.

There are a variety of psychotherapy modalities; I draw upon skills and strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and clinical hypnosis. My experience includes, but is not limited to, working with individuals who would like to address anxiety, depression, stress and life transitions.

Individual Therapy
Currently services are only offered virtually to adult individuals who live in Colorado. The top fee for individual therapy is $ 125 dollars. During the consultation or first meeting it will be determined if you are eligible for a reduced fee. Insurance is not accepted, and payment is by credit / debit card.
